What’s up, my friend? Liz Wilcox here. Email sound booth episode 104. Can you dig it? Uh, speaking of digging, Do you feel like you’ve dug yourself into a hole because you have too many freebies? Like Everything is a content upgrade Everything is a freebie. Well, I’ve got an idea for you back in the day I used to be an RV travel blogger, right?

I owned a little website called the virtual campground. com and after a while I Like you I had too many freebies it was like So much, I think I had like 12 or something every pod or i’m, sorry every blog post had some sort of Upgrade, you know, I think I even created a freebie because I wrote a blog post about like Three things are veers and Moana have in common.

Moana was like a hot topic back then. Right. And, um, shout out Moana, shout out Maui and the content upgrade. The freebie was like, you know, what is your. Disney princess RV personality or just something wild. I mean, it was creative. It was fun. I think I got exactly one sign up For that freebie. So I mentioned that to say like I feel you so if you’ve got too many freebies Here’s what I did and what might be a good idea for you.

It’s called a resource library And so it’s just like hey, you’ve found my blog. You saw my thing you’re on I’m, you know, you heard me on a podcast, whatever. I’ve got this resource library. It includes A, B, C, DEFG, and that Moana Disney Princess thing, right? Like it’s just a resource library. Now, if you’re not watching on YouTube, highly recommend you go to watch liz.com.

I’m gonna pull it up right now. So the virtual campground, it’s like you go to virtual campground.com. Click subscribe, and it says, you know, are you a little RV obsessed? Great. Me too. Sign up to become a member of the virtual campground. When you do that, you’re gonna gain instant access to the hookup, right?

And this is very like RV related. That means you’re gonna get an e book, you’re gonna get my top three tips for A, B, C, and D. You’re also gonna get these other resources. Right, and so that’s my resource library, or was, right? I don’t own the virtual campground, uh, anymore. Shout out Deb and Barry, the new owners.

Well, no, they’ve owned it. Oh my gosh, almost five years. Insane. Longer than I have owned it. Ah, that’s an epiphany. Anyway, or a realization. Anyway, the resource library. Take all of your freebies, put them in a resource library. And when you’re asking people to sign up for your list, say, Hey, when you join, you’re going to get this resource library.

Now, for me, I might have it, you know, lizwillcox. com slash resource library, and that’s what I’m putting in my emails instead of like the link to the freebie or the link to all of them at once. I’m just going to put them on a page or whatever. All right. I hope that makes sense. I hope this is helpful. Um, in the show notes, I’m going to link to the virtual campgrounds.

So in case you’re not watching. On YouTube, you can check it out. Um, I think this is my shortest podcast episode ever. All right. Uh, that’s my story and I’m sticking to it. I’m Liz Wilcox. Um. We are focused all this week on list building. So don’t forget to sign up for list building live. That’s going to be a private podcast event coming up March 11th through the 13th.
