Hey friend, Liz Wilcox speaking here at the email sound booth. It is that time again, time for a little Friday affirmation session. As always, I hope these help you find peace and pride in all the bricks you’ve laid this week. Just a heads up that this week we are going to focus on something that might be a little uncomfortable for you, but it’s a theme I keep seeing with my friends and family members.
And it’s driving me a little mad, so I just have a feeling you might need this too. And remember, I’m doing this with love in my heart. We are going to focus on receiving today. Yes, receiving all sorts of goodness in our life. I just, again, I keep seeing this theme come up of people rejecting. Abundance, rejecting, uh, you know, prosperity and that is so wild and what’s even more wild is I do it too and, you know, maybe I keep seeing it in others because I’m doing it myself.
So settle in as, as usual, we’re going to do a five minute thing. I’ll say the affirmation out loud. You say it back to yourself, either out loud like me, or, you know, in your head, whatever is your preference. And, as always, pay attention. Which ones give you pause, make you a little hesitant? Uh, you know, maybe journal on that.
Or I really recommend, especially for this session, spend a few extra minutes at the end of this. Dissecting it, letting yourself settle into these affirmations, maybe listening to it two, three, four times. That’s how powerful I think this one is going to be. Alright, are you ready? Let’s get started.
I receive with gratitude.
I give and I receive.
Receiving money is easy for me.
Receiving the gift of time is easy for me.
Receiving someone else’s gifts, time, and effort is easy for me.
I am a money magnet.
I am deserving of all the good stuff that comes my way.
I am in love with the gifts I receive and want more.
The things I want are on their way to me.
I am at peace when the gifts that come to me are larger than I expected.
I am filled with receiver energy.
Receiving is natural to me.
I am safe to accept blessings.
I deserve it all.
Wanting more and being grateful can and do exist together within me.
I’m going to say that one again because I stuttered. Wanting more and being grateful can and do exist together within me.
I allow myself to desire great things.
My potential to be awarded is endless.
I am grateful for all I receive.
I allow and accept abundance into my life.
Life supports me by presenting me with my desires.
I celebrate my gifts as they come.

Okay, my friend. I hope this was super powerful for you. Again, listen to it over and over if you need to. Something I don’t talk about a lot, but when it comes to your business and email marketing, you know, you, you gotta get comfortable with receiving, right? And I know you didn’t get into this business.
because you wanted it, me, me, me, me, me, right? You want to serve, but in order to give, you must receive, right? They’re yin and yang, so to speak. So I hope this helps you get through today, into the weekend and beyond with more peace, more confidence. I am rooting for you. I feel your success in my bones. I can almost see your abundance coming.
